A very friendly hotel somewhere between Colmar and Strasbourg in a town called Ville. The landlords are very kind. At our request, they added vegetables and cheese to breakfast at no extra charge. The room was comfortable overall, clean but a little small. Upon our arrival we were given a room and at my request we were changed to a larger room at no extra charge.
Definitely recommended.

Malgré le manque de personnel, elle a réussi à nous servir très rapidement alors le restaurant était blindé.

03/09/2024: It is always pleasant to have a snack with high quality pastry desserts in this place, as well as to have lunch or dinner enjoying their typical Alsatian and non-Alsatian dishes, of excellent quality!!...more than fair portions and good value for money! Despite being very busy, there is always room for everyone as it has 2 large internal rooms, a tea room and outdoor tables on a lovely central square
