Having just arrived in the valley, Val Soleil is the first restaurant I tried! Honestly, go there with your eyes closed! Family restaurant with superb, passionate cuisine. Pleasantly surprised by the tartes flambées which are tasty and well filled I recommend 😁😁

Pleasantly surprised by the culinary quality of this restaurant. I was quickly seated on the terrace by the waitress who was very welcoming. I will surely come back to taste this wonderful meat.

Friendly welcome in an empty restaurant on a Friday evening, Very limited menu with a few tarte flambée and a few dishes.. No controlled cooking of undercooked cabbage, cordon bleu and charred sautéed potatoes, just the fish was well cooked and the fact that the cook is off work and that the owner hasn't cooked for a long time is not an excuse, no need to be a professional to see that things are burnt... plus mushroom lollipop on my cordon bleu which was not declared in the Menu I hate it and I was on the verge of sending the dish back.. On the dessert not much to report since it is industrial. In addition, the music is loud in the kitchen, singing old songs at the top of my lungs when there are only 6 customers, it's not professional.
