Hotel-restaurant La Cote Bleue sur Bouzigues

A warm and welcoming family-run hotel, well-maintained but not ostentatious, with a very friendly staff. The hotel is very well located with a magnificent view of the bay...thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at La Côte Bleue! The place is very clean and the view is magnificent. A big thank you in particular to Jean-Jacques for his warm welcome ☺️ We'll be back to enjoy the pool next time!

I had lunch at the restaurant today but didn't stay at the resort. A very nice restaurant by the pond. We had a table near the bay window and the view was beautiful. The terrace looked pleasant, but there was a cool breeze today despite the sunshine, making it difficult to enjoy. I had the €37 set menu, which was very good. The atmosphere was calm and the staff were very pleasant. The service was well-organized, which meant we didn't have to wait between courses, a real plus when time is short but you still want a good meal. For my starter, I chose mussels, for my main course, cod, and for dessert, the rhubarb entremet, accompanied by a glass of rosé. Parking is very easy, either within the hotel complex itself or in the parking lot opposite.

A true renaissance for La Côte Bleue! Since the change of chef, the difference is striking: the menu has been revamped, and the result is outstanding. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, with meticulous attention to presentation and perfectly balanced flavors. It's a real pleasure to rediscover cuisine that elevates this exceptional setting. The view of Sète and the Thau Lagoon is breathtaking… a magical setting that clearly deserves a culinary experience of this caliber. An address I wholeheartedly recommend, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Bravo to the entire team, we'll be back!

From the moment you arrive until you're seated at the restaurant, the staff will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The view is magnificent and the location very peaceful. I highly recommend this establishment.

The hotel was fantastic! The setting was lovely, with a breathtaking view of the pool and the Thau lagoon! The welcome was charming and professional! The restaurant service was very friendly! The breakfasts were generous and high quality! The 3 stars are well deserved! However, I was very disappointed by the food; it lacked any excitement! The portions were very small, both à la carte and set menus! It was good, but nothing special! What a shame!!

For me, it's undoubtedly one of the most beautiful views in Bouzigues, complemented by a particularly delicious meal. The dishes are generous and flavorful; you can taste the care put into the cooking. The welcome is warm and attentive. The raw oysters and the gratinated mussels are simply exceptional, a true delight. Special mention also goes to the desserts, which are equally excellent. One thing to say: go without hesitation!

A very pleasant stay at this hotel! We arrived on Saturday and received a very warm welcome. The receptionist was incredibly kind and professional, both upon arrival and at check-out this morning. The staff is fantastic, always available and attentive. The location is very peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the view of Lake Thau is superb—a real bonus that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The setting is relaxing and allows you to truly disconnect.
