Just perfect. The restaurant is a must to enhance the evening. The staff is exquisite. If you have a room with a view of Sète your stay will be exceptional.

Quality fish and copious portions but the accompaniments are not very elaborate and not very refined compared to the price of the menu (56€) We regret the absence of seafood platters The wines are of good quality. The desserts are very disappointing and not very refined, a macaroon almost without a macaron, a baba with cinnamon flavor without rum, a cream without flavor.

Hôtel bien situé, calme, propre Service pas terrible Un surclassement de la chambre aurait été apprécié car l'hôtel était quasiment vide Le petit dej s'était prévu un buffet mais à la fin ils disent qu'il vas être servi dans la chambre car y a pas assez de clients. Donc à 14€ c'était pas terrible

Lite off season stannade vi på La Cote Bleue och det var det bästa vi gjort. På vår resa genom Europa till Spanien värdesätter vi mera än något annat de många små ”pärlor” som finns av boende och restauranger… på en skala av 1-10 får detta hotell och restaurang absolut 10. En lugn oas, tyst omgivning och så otroligt vänlig och trevlig personal. Vi kommer absolut tillbaka när tillfälle ges. Missa inte denna pärla.
