A real treat! The shellfish were impeccably fresh, and a special mention goes to the oysters, which were particularly generous. The service was attentive and the waitress very friendly!

One of the place to have a dinner around Etang of Thau. They have most of the shellfish and fish around the area. Good services and very proactive. The food is normal , nothing special. The price is most of the area, costly.

A warm welcome and an excellent meal. A sharing platter of gratinated mussels and oysters was a delight, followed by excellent stuffed mussels with linguine. A great place to eat by the pond.

After a boat trip past the oyster beds, we ate here on the terrace. The food was good. However, we would prefer the oysters to be served sliced. A damper on the experience was the number of wasps that swarmed around our food. That is not pleasant. They really need to do something about that.

Hotel-restaurant La Cote Bleue

18/06/2026: The hotel is very well located with a beautiful view of the pond. We booked a room with direct access to the pool. The room was very spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant, but it boasts a lovely view and the menu looks very promising. The only slight drawback of our short stay was the pool, which wasn't very clean. But we will definitely return!
14/06/2026: Good service, quality, good choice of dishes, and good regional wines. We'll be back soon.

La Table de Thau

14/09/2026: A place with an amazing view of the Thau lagoon. Seafood, fish, soup... all you can eat for less than €40 per person.
05/09/2026: Very good, clean, lovely view from the terrace, a little lacking in choice at the buffet but very good
