Hôtel restaurant La Picholine sur Nyons

La Picholine is first and foremost about the absolutely magnificent mountain views and the swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. It also offers a wonderful welcome, a lovely breakfast buffet, and sometimes the option to eat in. Otherwise, it's a 10-minute walk to the center of Nyons, where a plethora of excellent restaurants offer a variety of menus. The hotel also has a bar where you can enjoy a glass of Muscat de Venise or a local craft beer all day long. In short, an excellent stay.

We absolutely loved room number 10! A clean, bright, and pleasant room, with a lovely loggia that adds a real touch of class. A space where you immediately feel at ease and where it's a pleasure to take a moment to relax. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the many tourist attractions in the surrounding area, while also fully enjoying the beautiful town of Nyons and its charm. Breakfast is also a real treat: generous, varied, and prepared with care. The perfect way to start the day! But beyond the room and the amenities, it was the welcome that truly touched us. Warm, kind, and genuine, with that attention to detail that makes all the difference. We recently spent five days here and it was pure bliss! The hotel is superb! The peace and quiet are wonderful, and the manager does everything she can to make our stay enjoyable. The setting is exceptional, with a swimming pool, olive trees, and private parking! The breakfast is very comprehensive. The room was spotless! It's hard to leave! If we return to Nyons, we will definitely stay at La Picholine again!

A very pleasant stay at La Picholine. The room was comfortable and air-conditioned, but remained relatively cool even without the AC being on (as the hotel is air-conditioned). It also had a small refrigerator, which was very welcome during the heatwave. The swimming pool was a wonderful feature for cooling off in the late afternoon after visiting Nyons and the surrounding area. The hotel owner was very welcoming, despite my arrival being well before the scheduled time. I was able to leave my luggage, explore the town, and return in the afternoon. The hotel is in a quiet location, situated in the hills above Nyons. It's a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the town center. La Picholine is a haven of peace nestled among the olive trees. I highly recommend it!

A very pleasant hotel in the middle of olive trees, the breakfasts are perfect with a wide variety of options, the interior of the hotel is very beautiful, a minor drawback being the upkeep of the exterior.

A perfect 4-night stay. Air-conditioned room with a spotless balcony. Car parking. Bike parking with a power outlet. Great pool. Full breakfast. Friendly and attentive owners.

Having stayed here last summer, we can confirm the excellent welcome from the owners of this hotel. Everything is in place for a pleasant stay: peace and quiet, comfortable, and clean rooms. The pool is very well maintained and a real plus, not to mention the quality of the breakfasts and dinners. We highly recommend La Picholine.
