I find it disappointing that when you complain about overcooked meat, there's no reaction, especially since I ordered it rare and insisted to the waiter that it be cooked well. After complaining to the manager, he and the waiter just looked at me without saying a word and went their separate ways, leaving me with my overcooked meat. Today they're victims of their own success, but with behavior like this, it's unlikely to last in the restaurant business. They need to learn to listen to their customers.

A lovely lunch at the Chalet! We found the dishes to be well-prepared and of high quality, though quite generous. The service was pleasant, and the stunning view of the lake made for a peaceful meal.

Beautiful setting. Service was a little slow, but we had a very good lunch. The food was excellent. However, the owner seemed a bit cold and lacked a smile. It's a shame, because the staff were very pleasant.

A wonderful family meal: a splendid view of the lake, and exquisite, delicious cuisine. Special mention for the service. A big thank you to the young woman who listened to our request when we made the reservation. We highly recommend it!

Nice view and friendly service, but unfortunately the food quality has declined (and the dishes were lukewarm to boot).

The kitchen windows, visible from the terrace, were full of large cobwebs, and the terrace itself wasn't very clean. The railing glass was filthy. A shame, given the lovely setting. A Caesar salad at €24 is outrageously expensive for what it is, and as for the 50cl carafe of rosé at €27, let's not even go there. We even had to beg for ice cubes. QED

22/09/2026: The trout en papillote was delicious. The presentation of some dishes was very original.
18/09/2026: This meal was a real treat, even though the waiter was alone at lunchtime. The wait was very reasonable and the service was excellent; we were even able to chat with him a little. I highly recommend it.
