We did not stay in the hotel, but just had lunch in the new restaurant.
Worthy of a gastro, service, room and above all refined cuisine.

02/10/2025: Perfect room. Idyllic setting. Came for business, I would definitely return as a tourist.
29/09/2025: A complimentary box led us to choose this place. We spent one night there with a charcuterie and cheese platter for two, which was very generous, and a very generous breakfast. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. A superb experience in a magnificent, very quiet, and well-maintained setting overlooking the small village, accessible via a pedestrian street.
A little extra: a self-guided tour of the old castle with explanations posted on signs.
I 100% recommend it.
