15/06/2025: Overall, a nice restaurant, with a pleasant atmosphere and cool service – the waitresses were smiling and welcoming, which is always a pleasure. Price-wise, there's nothing to complain about: the three of us had a good meal without breaking the budget, so good point there! I tried the "Saint-Michel-style" burger, and that's where things get a bit complicated. The idea is good, but on the plate, the flavors are a bit unbalanced: the pickles and wholegrain mustard clearly overpower the meat and cheese. The result: a very acidic taste, which somewhat masks everything else. The homemade fries, on the other hand, lacked crispness. You can tell they weren't double-cooked, so they were quite soggy, which is a shame for a side dish that could clearly shine. In short, a pleasant experience thanks to the atmosphere and the service, but on the plate, a few adjustments could make the difference. The potential is there, it just needs a little rebalancing!
