Hotel Restaurant Neuhauser sur La Broque

A set menu (starter + main course) featuring a rack of veal with chanterelle (and morel) sauce – the value for money is unbeatable. A moment spent in a calm and beautiful setting, enhanced by the smiles and friendliness of the staff. We almost regretted that the service was so quick, the place was so pleasant. A 5-star experience all around!

We tried the restaurant. The food was exceptional, the escargots were magnificent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The prices were reasonable for the quality we ate. We'll definitely be back!

A wonderful time at Restaurant Neuhauser! I enjoyed an absolutely fantastic bouillabaisse: flavorful, generous, and perfectly prepared. The service was pleasant and attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was really nice, friendly, and relaxed. A truly great place that you'll want to return to. I highly recommend it!

Very well located hotel surrounded by nature. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming. The cuisine is very fine.

It had been about 2 years since I had been back. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the hotel-restaurant and the 5 generations menu offered for the occasion, I made the trip with my wife. We of course ordered the €49 Menu offered for this event. The welcome from the owners was very friendly, the setting in the veranda with the view of the surrounding clearing was most relaxing and the menu was excellent. We had a pleasant time there and will return soon for a stay at the hotel which will allow us to walk in the surrounding nature...
