Superb Alsatian hotel Very quiet and comfortable Cozy atmosphere Excellent cuisine

After a short hike in the area, we had dinner and spent the night there. It was very satisfying! First, a quick dip in the pool to cool off. Then the meal: delicious food, beautifully presented from appetizer to dessert. Next, the room: spacious, comfortable, very clean, with a superb modern bathroom. Finally, breakfast offered everything you could expect from this type of establishment, both savory and sweet. And the service was excellent throughout our short stay.

A very warm welcome, a very calm and peaceful place. The rooms and the hotel are very clean. A generous breakfast. We are delighted to have stayed at your hotel.

A set menu (starter + main course) featuring a rack of veal with chanterelle (and morel) sauce – the value for money is unbeatable. A moment spent in a calm and beautiful setting, enhanced by the smiles and friendliness of the staff. We almost regretted that the service was so quick, the place was so pleasant. A 5-star experience all around!

I chose this restaurant to host our department's Christmas dinner, and the experience was truly fantastic. The cuisine is refined and generous; each dish was a real delight. The service was impeccable from start to finish, in a serene and soothing atmosphere. The setting invites you to escape; you completely forget about everyday life during the meal. A truly wonderful experience shared with us; I highly recommend it.

We tried the restaurant. The food was exceptional, the escargots were magnificent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The prices were reasonable for the quality we ate. We'll definitely be back!

A wonderful time at Restaurant Neuhauser! I enjoyed an absolutely fantastic bouillabaisse: flavorful, generous, and perfectly prepared. The service was pleasant and attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was really nice, friendly, and relaxed. A truly great place that you'll want to return to. I highly recommend it!
