Such a clean, classy and classic property that left warm memories years later☺️ The balcony overlooking the mountain ridge was a highlight as well as the nice thick wooden doors. I still look back on it years later for some reason. No hotel has done this for me... One last thing:We were leaving later in the day and the front desk overheard my wife and I talking about where to park until after lunch and went out of their way showing us where we can park behind the hotel in a gated area. Above and beyond. Ahhhh. Such a good stay....🎈

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Be aware of the housekeeping service in the rooms (cobwebs in the corners, dust under the beds, tiles not very clean). The self-service restaurant was very good, the plated dishes were good but it's a shame they arrived cold, and desserts were served individually at the table. We were a group of 50 people (2 days full board). You offered everyone coffee at the last meal, but for those who don't drink coffee, you could have offered something else like tea, which was refused to me.

I highly recommend staying there. They guy at the front desk was very helpful and saved us from a horrible hotel we had previously booked

11/01/2026: Very well located, but definitely overwhelmed by the crowds due to its proximity to the sanctuary. Service was very average.
12/12/2025: As I was wanted a quick bite to eat in Lourdes (Café Royal) was jam packed! So, I decided to get a quick bite and I ordered the calamari. The calamari wasn’t anything special it was frozen. Most European restaurants french fries are served with every meal. If you think about it french fries are a quick and cheap option. My family member ordered the bone in pork-chops and they said they were mediocre. As for this establishment, I got a quick bite to eat and the staff were very friendly compared to most places in France. (P.S.
