Great Staffs and Service Very nice place walk 5 minutes to Church

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. We were on a room-only basis although we had breakfast in the hotel's bar-cafeteria every day with a good quality-price ratio.

Nice hotel within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the sacred grounds of the Virgen.

Hotel in an excellent location very close to the Sanctuary. Courtesy and helpfulness from all the staff. Excellent cleaning. Kitchen and restaurant all very good and well looked after. Personally I would have preferred a wider lunch time slot. The rooms are welcoming, quiet and clean, only the toilet area is a little too narrow. The beds are very comfortable. In summary, as a hotel I would not recommend it

Very convenience location, walk to the Grotto, walk to restaurants and other attractions. Room is clean, staffs are nice.

It's been 21 years since we chose for our group: ROISSY Our pilgrims are attached to it. The hotel was already comfortable before the renovations, it is now a luxury hotel as are the rooms. ALL the staff are smiling, very pleasant, you feel at home. MARIANNE, the housekeeper, mistress of the place ensures the well-being of everyone. The reception is a strategic point with: LINA, CELINE, CHRISTELLE, PIERRE and others always available to resolve your problems. Without them, no reservation or pleasant stay. They even the smile in the voice on the phone. Karima with her beautiful smile and above all has a lot of professionalism and manages the dining room as a true "hostess" as well as her team who is always available. THE CUISINE: quality and varied meals. .Homemade pastries and breads.Varied breakfast. Cleanliness is essential in this hotel, without forgetting the room staff. always available. Excellent stay in this hotel ideally located a stone's throw from the sanctuaries. We were very well received by charming and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and very well equipped. We particularly appreciated the small Tropezian terrace which allowed us to enjoy the few rays of sunshine. The à la carte meals are excellent, the breakfasts are generous. We will happily return to this establishment.
