The hotel is ideally located just steps from the basilica. The reception staff is very friendly. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was exceptional! Congratulations to Julie for her warmth.

Excellent hotel in Lourdes, located just 80 meters from the monastery. Modern, clean, and well-organized. Comfortable and welcoming rooms. The reception staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, speaking several languages. The food is also excellent. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this hotel. Its location is ideal, near the grotto. The room was spacious, the food was excellent, and the staff was attentive. I've stayed in several hotels in Lourdes, and the Hotel Roissy is the best I've found in terms of value for money. I would definitely return.

Location was excellent. For someone with mobility problems Hotel Roissy was the best choice. Their reception area was very helpful. And enjoyed the dining room experience.

Such a clean, classy and classic property that left warm memories years later☺️ The balcony overlooking the mountain ridge was a highlight as well as the nice thick wooden doors. I still look back on it years later for some reason. No hotel has done this for me... One last thing:We were leaving later in the day and the front desk overheard my wife and I talking about where to park until after lunch and went out of their way showing us where we can park behind the hotel in a gated area. Above and beyond. Ahhhh. Such a good stay....🎈

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Be aware of the housekeeping service in the rooms (cobwebs in the corners, dust under the beds, tiles not very clean). The self-service restaurant was very good, the plated dishes were good but it's a shame they arrived cold, and desserts were served individually at the table. We were a group of 50 people (2 days full board). You offered everyone coffee at the last meal, but for those who don't drink coffee, you could have offered something else like tea, which was refused to me.
