Hotel Roissy sur Lourdes

This was our second stay at this hotel, and its convenient location, just a short walk from the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, makes it an excellent choice for pilgrims and visitors alike. It was pleasing to see that the hotel has undertaken refurbishment since our last visit. The reception team Emma and Cinge were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms and bathrooms have been tastefully renovated with a modern design and updated amenities. However, the standard of housekeeping remains quite basic, and there are noticeable maintenance issues that would benefit from greater attention. Addressing these areas would further enhance the overall guest experience.

The location is excellent, very close to the beautiful Sanctuary. The buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The lunch and dinner was a 3 course set menu and excellent, especially the fish dish and desserts. The dining room has full length windows giving a good view over the street. A supermarket straight opposite is useful for all essentials. We receiced kind, caring and attentive service from all staff. The bar area is a peaceful and relaxing space. The beds were comfortable and room clean and quiet and with the bonus of a balcony. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to visit again. Thank you, may god bless you all 😊 Chris

we were satisfied with the welcome and hospitality

This is my second visit, and everything was excellent! See you next time.

The hotel is ideally located just steps from the basilica. The reception staff is very friendly. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was exceptional! Congratulations to Julie for her warmth.
