Huîtres et Compagnie sur Gruissan

Fresh produce!! Thank you for this delicious meal just steps from the port. I'll be back.

A high-end restaurant to enjoy seafood, try the delicious tuna tataki, a must-visit for a truly memorable meal, a unique place to enjoy with friends or family, excellent cuisine

The restaurant is located in a very beautiful spot in a beautiful town. The location and surroundings make a very good impression, and the place is pleasant and well-maintained. The service was friendly, but unfortunately very slow. The wait for the dishes was absurdly long and significantly affected the overall experience. As for the food, it was good, but definitely not outstanding. The oysters were excellent and very fresh. The sardines were also very good. However, the sole was average and looked as if it might have been previously frozen. Overall, I have mixed feelings – the products are good and the atmosphere is pleasant, but with such a long wait, I expected something more. It's difficult to give a definitive opinion, as there are both clear pros and significant cons.

We ate there on Tuesday, received a very warm welcome, and enjoyed a superb, very generous seafood platter and a delicious dessert. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Gruissan.

The food was excellent and the service was great.

Friendly welcome, service sometimes a little slow. The mussels and fries were good, and the seafood platter was excellent. The terrace is pleasant.

Very good, friendly service, we will be back!

Quality products, a very warm welcome, and perfect service! All the ingredients for a wonderful evening. THANK YOU!!!

A safe bet if you want to enjoy seafood.

Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful time we spent at your restaurant! The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is of very high quality. We look forward to seeing the owners (and their seasonal server!) again next year. Gabin, Maelle, and Jules
