Huîtres et Compagnie sur Gruissan

A must-visit address on the port, excellent seafood, perfectly cooked, oysters, razor clams, and octopus worth discovering. The only downside was the taste of the sea bass, which was bland... but well-prepared.

My wife and I had dinner there tonight. It's a simple restaurant, overlooking the harbor, but the food is exceptional. The cuisine is excellent, especially the fish and the mussels marinière with a choice of Roquefort cheese. The rosé was very good and the price very reasonable. The welcome, the service, and the cleanliness were all very good. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything was wonderful from the moment I arrived. I didn’t have a reservation and was greeted warmly in French. When I asked if anyone spoke English, the waiter immediately invited a colleague who spoke excellent English, making me feel very welcome. I was kindly offered a choice of tables. I ordered oysters and a glass of local wine. The oysters were outstanding and beautifully presented with a classic shallot and vinegar sauce, fresh lemons, butter, and a basket of fresh bread. A bottle of water was also provided free of charge, which was a lovely gesture. To finish the meal, I ordered the café gourmand. It was beautifully presented, and every dessert was delicious. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Gruissan.

Delicious! Go without hesitation! We had oysters to share, absolutely delicious! The razor clams with parsley and garlic, and the cuttlefish, were all wonderful! Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked! Thanks again!

I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was quick, the portions generous with fresh ingredients, and the staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating (my daughter dropped half her ice cream sundae, and they immediately refilled it with extra candy). You can go there without hesitation. Thank you for your warm welcome and kindness.

Amazing service and food! Our server was so friendly and shared local knowledge with us. Fresh seafood, kind host, and good vibes for a casual laid back meal. We went twice two days in a roll. I wish they sold their shirts they have cute merch.

Excellent cuisine made with quality ingredients. Generous and flavorful dishes. Delicious desserts. A wonderful time at this establishment with very friendly staff. We simply want to return as soon as possible.
