We went late at night, but the place was almost full. It was lively with lots of locals. The atmosphere makes you feel like you're traveling in Italy. Every dish was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to keep coming back to.

A beautiful address centered around a regional Italy, as it should be. The decor is quite traditional but warm. Good food, solid and classic, but quite expensive, like the neighborhood... Service with a smile and in the original language. Very good selection of wines.

Who knew you could eat this well in the middle of the boring South of Sixteen? Ianello is the real deal — no frills, just insanely good southern Italian food. Everything’s homemade, full of flavor, and the service is warm and fast. fresh Parmigiano. They speak Italian here, which says it all. This place is a total gem. I can’t wait to go back!!!!

We had a great experience here! I really loved the special of the day, which was the trio of mozzarella—every choice was amazing. We had a mozzarella, a burrata, and a smoked stracciatella, and everything was super tasty. We also ordered the scoglio pasta (with squid, clams, and all kinds of seafood), served in a garlic, butter, and white wine sauce—it was absolutely delicious. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar were also excellent, straight from Italy, and added even more to the meal. The service was genuine and caring—you could tell they really wanted you to have a great experience. The only dish I didn’t love was the saltimbocca. It was very salty, quite acidic (probably from the lemon), and the veal was a bit dry. I wouldn’t recommend that one, but everything else we tried was really solid.

We had a great evening in this little neighborhood restaurant, the staff is lovely and they speak Italian 😉. I liked the “vongole alla manrinara” and the seafood linguine, unfortunately no more room for the tiramisu, we have to go back…..

What a great time! We were delighted with our evening at this restaurant. The staff is attentive and warm, without being intrusive, with a slight accent that sings of Italy. The Italian cuisine is refined and delicious. I recommend it and we will be back!

This place is absolute gem. Avoid all the touristy places and head here. Period
