Ibis Blois Vallée Maillard Restaurant sur Blois

We stayed at this hotel as a couple and arrived late. The restaurant is permanently closed and only serves microwave meals. The disabled room is very far from the entrance. All quite mediocre. A plus is the extremely friendly staff who are extremely helpful. The lady behind the reception desk was especially friendly and professional.

Well located and easy to access Clean and very quiet establishment Hearty continental breakfast with many organic products. Scrambled eggs and grilled bacon are really killer 🤪

I didn't know about B&B. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the welcome, as well as the cleanliness of the place. My room was quite well appointed with a clean bathroom/wc and a good open cupboard and desk. The bedding, double bed, effective for a good sleep. A large format TV completes the package. In the early morning the copious breakfast prepared me well for my day (small drawback for the bread to be cut and not in individual portions). Very satisfied with this stage including the cost (62€ with breakfast). is appreciable. I recommend

A very good stopover or base for a longer look at lovely Blois & its beautiful surroundings. The old town is well worth exploring, but for my money the nearby chateau Chambord is the highlight- I think it is the most stunning of the many chateau in France.

Good welcome, appreciable services. The wise location where I had to go. As for the room, 2/3 imperfections (shower gel left almost empty, a damaged decorating board and not enough pressure for the shower) but not annoying. Otherwise comfortable bedding, good soundproofing of the rooms and functional room for a single person or a couple.

Business travel. Very well received. Easy to access. Large parking lot. Be very careful when leaving by car due to lack of visibility on the left.

We appreciated the location and the private parking, the quiet, the air conditioning, the breakfast buffet. Only one downside: the toilet bowl, which is small, is not suitable for people over 1m90 or obese.
