A very pleasant two-day stay. The hotel is well located for our planned activities, including Beauval Zoo and visiting castles. The staff are lovely and helpful, and the room was clean. My only complaint was the bed, which was too firm for my back, but that's a matter of personal preference. I highly recommend it for its excellent value for money.

We stayed one night as three couples at this hotel. We received a warm welcome, the rooms were nice and a decent size, as was the bathroom. The shower was pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the floor; I felt like I had lots of small pebbles under my feet. There was a bit of noise from upstairs, with people moving furniture between floors at times. Some people weren't always discreet, but this wasn't coming from the hotel! Otherwise, we had a very good night's sleep, and it's not far from the center of Blois for exploring. The parking was perfect and had charging facilities for electric cars.

I feel the service is not up to the standard of a 3-star hotel: firstly, a "human" welcome would be more welcoming than an automated one. Fair enough. But what irritated me most was that breakfast, advertised as starting at 7:00 on weekends on the sign in the room, is actually only served from 7:30, apparently due to a management decision that hasn't yet received the new signs! Well, in that case, they should simply wait until the new signs are available before changing the times! When a shop advertises opening at 9:00, it doesn't open at 9:30! This would prevent customers from waking up unnecessarily early.

Ideally located for visiting the magnificent castles of the region. Very convenient access and parking, very comfortable and quiet room.

A pleasant 3-night stay, friendly receptionist, and the breakfast items were of good quality (pastries, etc.). Regarding the room amenities, it's not quite what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel, so I can't give it 5 stars! But the price/service ratio is always satisfactory here!
