Dinner on the spacious terrace overlooking the castle. Fast and attentive service. I recommend the tempura john dory, which is very good. Reservations are recommended, especially during high season.

This is a cozy restaurant with friendly staff. The terrace is very atmospheric, there is plenty of shade, and you have a beautiful view (we sat outside). The main course disappointed us; the flavors could have been stronger. The desserts, however, were very delicious.

Beautiful setting close to the chateau. Did try and book online but did not receive any confirmation so phoned to book our table. My daughter and I had one of the planches to share and actually found this to be enough but had ordered mains. I had the fish tempura which I enjoyed and my daughter had the filet mignon, she enjoyed it but found the pork a bit dry which is a common problem with this wherever you go. We were both very full but had seen desserts being brought out and decided to order chocolate profiterole, it was very nice but we were both beaten! We enjoyed it all and will probably be back again as my daughter now lives in Blois!

04/08/2026: We went there on a Saturday evening. What a treat! From the appetizer to the dessert, so many wonderful flavors were rediscovered.

The all-you-can-eat buffet is amazing, with a wide variety of dishes and delicious flavors – you can really taste the authentic Portuguese flavors we love! 😍 The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Le coup de fourchette

14/08/2026: What a wonderful evening at Les Acolytes with our friends and their children! We received a fantastic welcome, enjoyed an air-conditioned dining room, and had a varied menu that ensured everyone found something to their liking among the tapas, from octopus salad and pork ribs to fries, beef tartare with oysters (amazing!), cheeses, and other delicacies. Add to that a fine selection of wines and Trappist and local beers, and you have a truly satisfied family. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to the dynamic, efficient, and incredibly friendly owner! 🌟
