The Ibis chain is synonymous with good quality services. In the Ibis Style in Le Puy en Velay I found excellent service, very kind staff, excellent breakfast and very clean room. The only small inconvenience concerns the loading/unloading of suitcases since the front parking is subject to a fee even for a short time.

Contrary to the description on the All.Accord reservation site, no bottles of water or kettle in the room when we arrived. We had to complain to win our case. A priori, general problem for all rooms. The description corresponds to what is in the hotel but not specifically in the room...
