We came for my partner's birthday and had a lunch reservation. The restaurant was very quiet; we were the second table to be served. The welcome and service were very professional and discreet, with pleasant interaction. The tasting menu was perfect, with beautiful combinations and perfectly seasoned textures. Special mention goes to the rum that the chef recently bottled, which paired wonderfully with the dessert. We will gladly return.

A restaurant that's both modern and very classy! The dishes are excellent, with a real flair for originality. The waiter is particularly attentive and very professional. We loved it! Well done!

The dishes were beautiful and delicious. The restaurant's atmosphere was warm and inviting: everything was perfect for a lovely evening. We received a very warm welcome and were given excellent advice tailored to our preferences. As I have food allergies, the chef adapted my favorite dish, which was much appreciated! Thank you to the entire team.

La Pause du Viandante

27/06/2026: Modern French cooking utilizing local, seasonal produce. The dishes here are prepared without over interfering the main ingredients, what is complicated here are the sauces and oils which complement and enhance the eating experience. The food here was all very tasty but mostly exciting due to the unusual flavours found in all of the sauce/oil inclusions. I do have to say, the highlight of the entire meal was the dessert, so fresh, light and delicious. I would say I think the cake in the centre could be something lighter or even a meringue to truly encapsulate how delicate the dish is. Service was wonderful and thoughtful. The fit out is an artistic modern design that works well with the playful food. I am very happy I made it here.
27/06/2026: Wonderful flavors. The oysters granita and the sweetbreads were the stars for me. Wish the fresh fish had been available, but it is a heat wave have to adapt.
