A truly wonderful discovery! Ida restaurant offers delicious and refined cuisine, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The welcome is warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere very convivial. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal from beginning to end. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

The owner of Partage, a French restaurant in Las Vegas, recommended IDA. I made sure to make reservations a month or so before our trip to Paris. We had the absolute best dining experience and I would say our favorite as we traveled around France for 3 weeks. MO, took the best care of our group of 8. The food was AMAZING... the Carbonara was a favorite. Mo thanks for making our visit to IDA so special. I hope to be back sooner than later! Thank you! ps. the Olive Oil was delicious ❤️

Fantastic experience at IDA! I received a very warm welcome, and the waitress was absolutely lovely, smiling, and attentive. I ordered the carbonara: it was amazing! A true Italian carbonara, with guanciale and pecorino cheese, generous and full of flavor. And a wonderful discovery for dessert: marinated figs, chosen on the waitress's recommendation. A truly great place that I will gladly return to.

A superb experience! Attentive yet unobtrusive service, delicious and refined cuisine, all in a warm and intimate setting. The only slight drawback was that the table of 14 present that evening was quite noisy, but this didn't detract from the overall experience. Thank you to the chef and his team.

A truly wonderful discovery! I came with my children to start our weekend in Paris, and the tasting menu was simply amazing (in the best possible way). Thank you again for the service, congratulations to the chef, and the Barbados tasting was magnificent.

We returned to IDA to celebrate my wife's birthday, after an absolutely incredible first experience in April for our 10th anniversary. At the time, Victor Kuntz was in the kitchen, and Antoine guided us throughout the meal with great passion and expertise, particularly with the wines. This second visit was once again very enjoyable. We ate very well and had a wonderful evening. However, the experience felt slightly less "wow" than the first, with a new team: Pablo in the kitchen and Jérôme in the dining room. Jérôme was very attentive and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction throughout the dinner. There were a few minor differences compared to our first visit: we were welcomed with a complimentary glass of Laurent-Perrier champagne, which wasn't the case this time. The wine pairing also seemed a little less elaborate. One suggestion that could truly enhance the "Carte Blanche" experience would be to offer a wine pairing directly alongside the menu. This would perfectly fit the spirit of discovery and surprise inherent in the concept. Nevertheless, it remains a very fine establishment, with creative cuisine and a dedicated team. We will gladly return!
