This IKEA store is fantastic, especially compared to the one in Grenoble. Almost all items are in stock, unlike in Grenoble where nothing is available. The real advantage of this IKEA for me is that the receiving area is in a separate building a little further away. This allows the main store to display a huge variety of products. Perfect!

I'm satisfied with my purchase and the delivery. The sofa matches the description, is comfortable, and easy to assemble. However, the service for taking back my old sofa is simply terrible! Firstly, we had to call customer service to schedule an appointment (whereas before, we just had to click a box when buying online): there was a considerable amount of waiting on hold, the system sometimes malfunctioning, forcing us to call back... And on top of that, no one came to collect it, even after two appointments! Two half-days wasted unnecessarily, and no apology whatsoever! A complete lack of professionalism!

Thanks to IKEA for offering the kids' menu during the school holidays!
Regarding the fries, they would be so much better if you cooked them twice 🙏 Honestly, they've been white and soggy for months... so it's good that it forces you to eat vegetables!

Well-organized store with a wide selection. The layout is smooth and the staff in Toulon are generally helpful. Very convenient for complete renovations or decorating.
Potential strengths:
Accessibility (close to Avenue de l'Université).
Frequently updated stock availability.
Pleasant dining area for a break.
