Super store, very pleasant, because usually Ikea sometimes resembles an endless maze but not at all, it is spacious and there is nothing missing. I was able to find products that are out of stock elsewhere, their item service to collect even though you are outside the store it is very convenient because there is no waiting and the staff who work there are pleasant I recommend this store I can't wait to go back

Following multiple very bad experiences with IKEA after-sales service by telephone regarding reimbursement for a kitchen, I went there to find support. Angel of customer service was exceptional and was able to resolve this complex situation with great professionalism, seriousness and empathy. In my eyes, Ange has corrected the bad image I had of IKEA after-sales service.

The welcome is rather pleasant in all departments. However, I would particularly like to salute the kindness and involvement of Laury (bathroom department) who patiently did everything possible to advise me with taste and help me in the choice of furniture and other accessories. 14/10/2025: I discovered this store while strolling through the mall. What a lovely discovery! The coffee varieties are impressive, as are the teas, and the sweet treats are incredibly tempting. The staff is welcoming, informative, and helpful; it's very pleasant. As a result, I'm going to invest in a new coffee machine and I'll be going back to treat myself to a coffee treat 😄☕️
