This store is very good, however, there are some things to criticize regarding the staff. We had to assemble our wardrobe entirely on our own, despite the three people who conveniently ignored us and refused to offer any assistance. Then, at the checkout, we were subjected to a check by the cashier and then a second one by the security guard, which suggests we didn't look like the right customer.
In short, the concept is still brilliant, but the time-saving principle of the self-checkouts needs to be rethought.
We left the store feeling unwelcome. I'm giving it 5 stars nonetheless, out of politeness.

Disappointed, the Auchan store is still so empty.
Few customers, dark. The mall is busier, but few people are actually in the shops.
We went for a drink at Marcel's on the first floor of the mall. Oops, the tables, seats, and cushions were dirty, and the drinks and food menu was also dirty. I don't recommend it. Keep walking. Plus, it's expensive; a small bottle of Vittel costs 4 euros.
A very pleasant surprise: we discovered a lovely tea room ☕️ with homemade cakes. Note: it's not in Ikea; you can't change locations, but it is in the Auchan mall.

Great store, huge! First time here and I'll be back. Furniture at reasonable prices and good quality. A little more price display could be better, but really great. See you soon.

Great store, where you can find everything you're looking for. Nice aisles, very good hot dogs, the only downside is that when you get to the checkout, it's just unmanned machines. I find that a shame, even if it might speed things up, it's a job loss.

Excellent customer service! After losing my Christmas gift cards (each loaded with a large amount), Sabine from customer service was incredibly understanding and took the necessary steps to reload two gift cards (by cancelling the old ones). A huge thank you to her and her superiors for agreeing to reload these cards! I highly recommend them 😊

A huge thank you to Hypolite who advised and guided us through the creation of our walk-in closet and pantry unit. He was incredibly kind, patient, and funny: we had a wonderful time together, and we are thrilled with our purchase!
Thank you also to the three cashiers who took the time to help us redeem our loyalty points when the app wasn't working properly.
And finally, a big thank you to the gentleman at reception who helped us load the truck, even though it wasn't his job.
A fantastic team, helpful and caring. We will definitely be back!
