Furniture and decorations for both indoor and outdoor use, a wide selection, competitive prices, a second-hand section (buying and selling used items), a loyalty card offering great deals (Christmas: buy a tree = get a refund voucher), kitchen design options, product availability, attractive return and delivery conditions, free screw requests (in case any are missing from the box), a catering service (free coffee in the morning), a shop selling Swedish specialties (salmon, cakes, etc.), gift cards, order tracking – what I really appreciate are the "box" creations (kitchen, office, bedroom, bathroom) where you can get inspired and dream about your future living space!

Ordering from IKEA Henin Beaumont went very smoothly.
As usual, I'm very satisfied with IKEA's service, both for the delivery and the furniture exchange.
