A wonderful Sardinian culinary experience. A welcome change from the bland trattorias that are popping up everywhere. The fregola pasta with clams was delicious. The welcome and service were friendly and welcoming.

Il Fico is a little piece of Sardinia where the Italian spirit is alive in every detail: the music, the drinks, the Italian beers and wines, and even the Coca-Cola imported from Italy! 😀
The food is extraordinary, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the whole place makes you feel like you’re in Italy. You can really feel the passion for Italian culture and traditions.

Dinner for two at this Sardinian restaurant. The menu is short, but the ingredients are fresh.
For starters, the mushroom parsley sauce was excellent. A perfect appetizer. Then, our two pasta dishes were very good. The portions were more than generous. They were bursting with flavor.
For dessert, we tried the fig tart, which was delicious and incredibly decadent.
A great place to eat!

Good, typical Sardinian dishes served by a typical Sardinian waiter. A minor drawback was the long wait without any updates from the staff; we were alone on the first floor and felt a bit neglected.

I have not been introduced to Sardinian fare, and really enjoyed our evening at Il Fico. The service was excellent. The entrees, pasta and plates were beautifully presented and delicious. The suckling pig, fried squash blossoms and truffle fettuccine were standouts. The seared tuna was also quite good.
Try the flan and tiramisu or the homemade ice creams. Or just throw down and get some of everything on the dessert menu.
