Passing through Evian for a three-day weekend to celebrate my birthday, we were warmly welcomed by Santa. We have nothing but praise for the hotel; we will definitely be back! I highly recommend it. Just one small point: there is no parking reserved for the hotel. We were lucky to find it was a completely free weekend, with parking available in town.

Nice little hotel in a great location on the waterfront and great if you arrive from the ferry as it’s just across the street. The service at the front desk is top notch and very helpful, I always felt welcomed when I came back and even in the morning the receptionist would always come by and greet me while I was getting breakfast. The rooms and the view are great as well. Would happily book again.

This is an excellent hotel, very well located, impeccably clean, and the rooms are very well soundproofed and comfortable.
The breakfast is comprehensive and reasonably priced.
The staff is absolutely fantastic!!! Very friendly, pleasant, professional, and always smiling...bravo, you're a superb team!

The hotel is in a perfect location with a beautiful lake view. The room was okay, but it wasn’t soundproof. I stayed in a corner room and could hear noise from downstairs, especially from people sitting outside the hotel’s restaurant.
By the way, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel in the heart of Evian, comfortable room, very clean, with a view of Lake Geneva. The breakfast is plentiful, varied, and clean, with excellent pastries. I would like to thank all the staff, and especially the receptionist for her professionalism, warm welcome, and smile, with great care and attention to each guest. This is increasingly rare in the hotel industry these days. I recommend this hotel; excellent value for money, and on top of that, exceptional kindness.
