We had a wonderful time as a family with our son. The meal was delicious; I particularly recommend the poached egg with mushroom sauce—a real treat. Special mention to our waitress Lou, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling… a true professional. We will definitely be back.

The chicken wasn't cooked properly, even after sending it back. There weren't many people, yet the wait was quite long. Luckily, the waitress' kindness helped improve things somewhat.

Quite disappointed with the quality and presentation of the food. I've had better experiences at other restaurants in the chain. Compared to other restaurants in the chain, this one is very disappointing, and the quality and presentation of the dishes are not great.

Excellent service! Matteo is a very professional, attentive, and friendly waiter. The meal was superb! High-quality meat. From the main course to the desserts, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant, and as a professional, I commend the professionalism of the waiter, Matteo.

Lunch with a friend; there was a very long wait before our order and 25 minutes between the starter and the main course. Otherwise, the meat was of good quality and delicious. The organization of the dining room service needs improvement, but the staff were available, pleasant, and welcoming.

It's always a pleasure for us to come and enjoy a good piece of beef at L'Hippo. We're always warmly welcomed and have a wonderful meal every time. A great, relaxing experience every time.

Not disappointed, but not blown away either. The meat and side dish were so-so, the atmosphere was incredibly noisy, and our waitress (Ingrid, I think) was rather bossy. We stopped her after ordering to ask for a different side dish, but she wouldn't let us finish, cutting us off with, "Yes sir, it's coming, it's coming!" Not sure we'll ever go back.

08/10/2025: Nice bar with good cocktails, except the first one which I found tasteless, it's a shame that the terrace overlooks the station and that on the first floor with the noise of the tram it spoils the experience a little, thank you to the server for offering us the first cocktails because of the wait due to the large group that was there.
