A beautiful establishment with an exceptional location on stilts overlooking the Étang de Diane, where oyster farming takes place. The dishes are lovely and generous, with classic flavors. Seafood platters can be customized or ordered as a set menu. The prices of these platters are rather high compared to the tastings offered 200 meters before the restaurant at the oyster farm. The mussels marinière recipe lacked vegetables (carrots, celery). The fries were slightly overcooked. The desserts were very good.

21/09/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The meal was of very high quality. The service was warm and very professional. We had such a pleasant time that we returned the next day! Thank you for the welcome; if we're ever in Aleria again, we won't forget you!
11/09/2026: A very pleasant atmosphere. The food was superb, even if it was a bit more expensive than elsewhere. In return, you get very special food. Less traditionally Corsican, but still very good. I would describe the food as having a Corsican touch, presented in a modern way. It was also beautifully presented. The service was excellent. Highly recommended as a change from classic Corsican auberge food. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, and the food was absolutely delicious.
