I'd been waiting for an experience like this for a long time. Having the opportunity to eat oysters directly at the production facility was truly wonderful for me, an incredible feast featuring the quality that distinguishes the millennia-old Lake Diana, which the ancient Romans already appreciated for the uniqueness of its seafood.

A beautiful restaurant on stilts overlooking the Diana Basin. Very pleasant, with a special mention for the cuisine – it was excellent, sophisticated, and perfectly balanced in flavor. We had a wonderful evening. It's a shame about our cats; we forgot to take the shrimp we'd set aside for them, but that didn't spoil the trip. I highly recommend it.

We had a generally decent evening at Aux Coquillages de Diana. The food was really delicious and well-prepared, especially the seafood. However, there were a few things that marred the overall impression. Despite having a reservation, we didn't get a table right by the water, which was a bit disappointing. The chairs were also quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax. My wine order was initially forgotten, and the service seemed rather distant and inattentive. The restroom situation was also disappointing: it's located outside the restaurant and was in a very unpleasant state with a strong odor during our visit. The good food remains a positive, but in our opinion, the prices are very high. Those who value the cuisine will probably be satisfied, but shouldn't have overly high expectations for the service and ambiance.
