Arrived on August 15th at noon, a group of 9 without a reservation. Despite the intense heat and the restaurant being full, we received a warm welcome and excellent service. The waitress's professionalism deserves praise; prioritizing children's orders over adults to minimize the wait for the little ones is truly commendable!

A very popular restaurant in the Troyes area, especially on Sundays 🤭 The Il Ristorante chain remains true to form: Italian cuisine, nothing more, nothing less. It's still a bit pricey for the portion size and the average quality of the ingredients. The tiramisu portion is customizable; yes, you choose the size of your slice, which is quite nice. It's a shame it wasn't particularly good... Too caffeine-heavy for my taste 🥲

A wonderful discovery, even though I've known this restaurant for several years! ❤️ I came for lunch with my colleague and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome, the quality of the service, and the team's genuine dedication. A special mention goes to Léa, who was lovely, attentive, and offered excellent advice; she truly took care of us from beginning to end. 🥰 The menu has also been updated, with some great new options. This is a place we'll now be choosing regularly for our lunch breaks! See you soon! 🤩

A quality restaurant with authentic Italian cuisine. The menu is appealing, the service impeccable, and the wines delicious. We always have a wonderful time at this restaurant.

Disappointing We are regular customers of Il Ristorante and generally enjoy it very much. Unfortunately, the one in Saint-Parres-aux-Tertres didn't really impress us. We were served from start to finish by a student. Her lack of experience in customer service was unfortunately noticeable, even though we completely understand that everyone has to start somewhere. We ordered an aperitif, which usually comes with small appetizers. This time, we didn't receive any. My husband chose the pizza specially created for the restaurant's 20th anniversary. At €18, we found it rather small, quite flat, and, above all, disappointing in terms of taste. For us, the price is really excessive for what was offered. In total, for two adults and one child, including an aperitif, a main course, and a dessert, we paid €95. We find this a bit excessive, especially considering the overall experience. It's a shame, because we usually like this brand, but this particular location didn't impress us this time.
