Excellent meal at Imperfetto, both the service and the food were superb! The pizzas live up to their reputation, and the elaborate desserts were a wonderful surprise – absolutely divine! We'll be back!

It's rare that I'm this satisfied with an Italian restaurant, but wow, this one is worth the trip! Discovered by chance, their pizza is sublime: generous, flavorful, with a delicious tomato sauce and fresh ham!! An excellent blend of flavors; my taste buds thanked me. Special mention for the trompe-l'œil dessert shaped like an Emmental cheese. Impeccable and quick service. I recommend it 100%.

Amazing pizza, amazing drinks, deserts and service. They have a delicious tiramisu with pasteurised eggs and no alcohol! And great selection of wine and non-alcoholic drinks.

Absolutely stunning! Everything was excellent, from start to finish. I couldn't resist trying three montanaras. The ones I'd tasted elsewhere were often a bit dry, but here, with their two-stage baking process, they're incredibly soft and airy. And the toppings are so generous! They overflow, they drip onto the dough… pure bliss. The truffle version is amazing, the margherita just as good, and the tomato and pesto one too. The Salamino pizza surpasses all the diavolas I've ever had. The tomato sauce is delicious, naturally sweet, with that true San Marzano tomato flavor. It's perfectly spiced. And the crust: crispy on the outside, wonderfully soft on the inside, it melts in your mouth. The team is fantastic: welcoming, professional, and passionate. They know their pizzas so well that you can easily imagine them stepping in to replace a pizza chef at a moment's notice! A great place where you can truly feel the Italian atmosphere. I will gladly return!

The pizzas were good, but given the awards they've received, we expected much better. For comparison, they're really on par with any other Big Mama Group establishment.

Who am I to confirm? But I'll confirm it anyway: this is indeed an exceptional pizzeria, instantly erasing the always unpleasant and interminable experience of the 93 bus—which stops almost right in front of the entrance, as if to apologize. To start, an elite bestseller: the Margherita Pop. Then a pizza for connoisseurs, the Tributo: friarielli pesto, fior di latte, stracciatella from Puglia, anchovies from Armatore, hot pepper powder, and basil. Congratulations to the friendly and knowledgeable Fabio, formerly of Carpaccio at the Royal Monceau, who has elevated the wine list to an exceptional level—particularly the Campania selection, which is still rare in Paris. For convenience, I chose a 2010 Greco di Tufo Vittorio Riserva from Di Meo, whose smoky character and length on the palate are remarkable. More interesting in absolute terms is the Gran Sirique "Animal Spirits" from Joaquin: the ancient Sirica grape variety, thought to be extinct, was rediscovered 20 years ago; it is said to have links with Syrah (ampelographic, not only/vaguely etymological - which would tend to confirm that the etymology "shiraz" is rather fanciful)... 300 bottles per year, dear friends.
