The setting was lovely and the service was truly excellent: the staff were smiling, attentive, and efficient.
However, the meal was a bit of a disappointment. For around €40 per person (main course, dessert, and drink), we expected better. The tagliatelle with pesto wasn't anything special. The Milanese-style veal cutlet was rather tough, although the accompanying salad was decent.
As for dessert, the "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) was a mixed bag: the panna cotta was very runny (probably lacking gelatin), but the tiramisu was excellent. The Lambrusco was also very good.
In short, a pleasant setting and impeccable service, but the food didn't quite live up to our expectations.

A truly wonderful place! The terrace is lovely, the food is excellent, and the service is impeccable. You feel comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Great experience!!
The Vangole spaghetti was excellent!
The service was perfect: both waitresses were very friendly and smiling; it's nice to see young people so motivated. Furthermore, the young man at the register was just as pleasant! No complaints about the service. I highly recommend it.

During a weekend in Lille, it was a real treat to have lunch at this restaurant. The tagliatelle is homemade and the filling is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Lunch menu at €16. The soup was good, the pasta delicious, and the coffee (for a small dessert) was a nice touch; a tiramisu and coffee were more than enough. Why did everyone have to go to the old folks' place? 😉
