We had a wonderful time at the restaurant De l’os à l’arête. The cuisine was refined, generous, and bursting with freshness, featuring beautiful ingredients and a great deal of creativity on the plate. A huge congratulations to the young, passionate, and talented chef, who truly deserves to be encouraged.

A must-visit restaurant if you're in Frontignan. The cuisine is sophisticated yet uncomplicated; it's simply delicious. Kudos to Mathis and his staff for this successful reopening, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere with a touch of elegance – we love it!

A very nice restaurant with a very warm welcome, but above all, the food was absolutely delicious! The focaccia was crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside! The pulled pork was as tender as butter! I highly recommend it!

A fantastic discovery at L'Os à l'Arête! Special mention for this generous and perfectly executed dish: tender and juicy meat, a deliciously rich jus, and a wonderfully smooth side dish. The small touch of salad adds just the right amount of freshness. The presentation is elegant, and the ingredients are fresh. This restaurant is off to a great start in Frontignan; we'll be back very soon!

Great little restaurant in the center of Frontignan. The food is excellent; Chef Mathis regularly changes the menu and offers seasonal and local cuisine. Very good value for money, and the restaurant is easily accessible. Highly recommended!
