Great indian restaurant in old town, well decorated and fancy lighting and atmosphere, very good food and large portions, excellent service, interestingly they also serve masala Dosa which google doesn't pick up as dosa serving restaurant. Definitely recommend eating here.

A very bad experience at this restaurant. While we were eating, we saw small mice running around our feet. Frankly, it was very disturbing and made us feel very uncomfortable. The cleanliness also left much to be desired. There were food scraps, like bread and rice, around our seats and under the tables. The most shocking thing was that when clearing the tables, the server threw the leftovers directly onto the bar counter instead of putting them in a bin. The trash on the counter remained there for a long time. There were also used tissues and food scraps. The servers bringing the food and drinks walked right past this filth, and the trays sometimes almost touched the garbage. Since the drinks are prepared in this area, it's really not reassuring. There was also a bad smell. Honestly, under these conditions, it was very difficult to enjoy the meal. I'm simply sharing what we personally observed during our visit. I hope management will take these issues seriously and take the necessary steps regarding cleaning, waste management, and pest control.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. The food did not feel authentic or like the Indian food I know, and the service toward Indian customers was also very disappointing. We felt ignored and treated disrespectfully. The restaurant is owned by a Pakistani Muslim owner, and I personally found it uncomfortable to see Indian traditions, culture, and Hindu gods being used as part of the restaurant’s identity while, in my experience, Indian customers were not treated with the same respect. If a restaurant is going to make money from Indian culture, traditions, and religious symbols, I believe it should also show genuine respect toward Indian customers and the culture it represents. This is based on my personal experience and observation, and I would not recommend the restaurant based on that experience.
