Recommended by our host. The food was refined and excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I loved the squid ink risotto, and the dessert (red berry pavlova) was delicious.

Without a doubt, my favorite restaurant. If you're ever in Bazas, a stop at Indigo should be a must. Everything here deserves a 5-star rating: the welcome from the waitresses, who are funny and cheerful, always accommodating. The menu offers unrivaled value for money and breathtaking flavors. The warm atmosphere, where you can chat with your neighbors to discuss the dishes you're eating. We returned (again) to our favorite restaurant on a Saturday during the market. Be sure to make a reservation because the terrace is often packed. Today, we opted for the prawn ravioli with consommé. Duck breast with balsamic jus, polenta, and padrones for me, pollack fillet with squid ink and roasted avocado for my mother. Finally, a little treat to finish: a frozen couple of fresh nectarines for her, and a lemon and raspberry tiramisu for me—a real treat. So don't hesitate to come and dine at Indigo anytime! We look forward to sharing our respective meals at the table!
