Excellent, homemade cuisine. Very good value for money. We make a special trip to eat there (from Toulouse/Bordeaux). The cathedral square is magnificent, and the restaurant is located under the arcades.

A lovely service for a delightful lunch break under the arcades in front of the town hall. We were passing through Bazas and we were so glad we stopped to eat here!

Recommended by our host. The food was refined and excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I loved the squid ink risotto, and the dessert (red berry pavlova) was delicious.

The dishes, exquisitely refined and delicate, reveal remarkable skill and creativity. The menu and the chef's tasting menu are well worth the trip; each bite is an invitation to travel. Excellent lunch at Indigo! We were just passing through, having chosen it on the recommendation of a local couple returning from the market. Absolutely no complaints! Well done!

17/05/2026: Hotel in a beautiful setting, easily accessible. Very welcoming and professional staff. Spotless room, bar and restaurant too. The only slight drawback was the late opening time of the pool and hammam, which meant we couldn't use them on our 11:00 am departure day.
16/05/2026: A magnificent hotel for relaxation. I've been coming for years, and the heated pool is fantastic, and I absolutely love the horses!
