Recommended by our host. The food was refined and excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I loved the squid ink risotto, and the dessert (red berry pavlova) was delicious.

The dishes, exquisitely refined and delicate, reveal remarkable skill and creativity. The menu and the chef's tasting menu are well worth the trip; each bite is an invitation to travel. While in the area for work, my son and I stopped for lunch and found this restaurant to be welcoming, friendly, and excellent, with very refined cuisine. The food was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend it. MAURICE

07/04/2026: I had a wonderful night at this hotel. Dinner was absolutely delicious, a real treat! The staff is very warm and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, with the added bonus of a lovely view of the 32-year-old pony—a truly original and endearing touch! A very pleasant experience; I highly recommend it.
