A good Japanese restaurant, simple and effective, but nothing special.
We ate as a group at Ine Ka Mura, at the Carrefour Lingostière. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise in terms of value for money, with simple but effective dishes and honest, unpretentious cuisine.
The skewers are tasty, the raw fish is fresh – I was able to observe the sushi bar a bit, which was clean and well-organized (the plates containing the raw fish are well protected by plastic wrap). The sides were also good.
One small complaint was the miso soup, which had a slightly too strong button mushroom flavor and lacked depth, resembling more of a thin broth. But once again, the quality of the ingredients is there, especially for this price range.
The service is very well organized and efficient, but a little cold: no smiles or special attention, which is a shame. A kind word or a warm welcome would have made the experience more pleasant.
The setting is the establishment's weak point: an empty aquarium, aging paint... A little freshening up of the decor would definitely be a good idea.
In conclusion, Ine Ka Mura is a good Japanese restaurant, with decent food, quality ingredients, and a very convenient location (easy parking, elevator access). However, it lacks that little bit of soul or warmth that would really set it apart from other Asian restaurants in the area.
We regularly come to eat in this restaurant before cinema screenings, it is always a real pleasure and a treat. Everything is good and fresh. The menus are really inexpensive, and the staff is very pleasant.
