From aperitif to dessert, everything was perfect. We don't go to Magma just to eat or simply to go to a restaurant, but to spend time there, to have an experience.
We enjoyed the entire evening (not for the first time) and we particularly appreciated the quality of the time we spent there! Kudos to the chef and the team for the warm welcome and the delicious food!

We discovered this restaurant through the Michelin Guide and think the star is absolutely deserved. From the outside, the restaurant might be easy to miss, but inside it impresses with its intimate and elegant ambiance.
We received a warm welcome, were immediately shown to our table, and asked about any allergies. We both opted for the three-course surprise menu. All the dishes were served on high-quality tableware with equally elegant cutlery, beautifully presented, and impressed us with their finely balanced flavors. And all this at an unbeatable price!
The service also deserves praise: prompt and attentive—just as you would expect. We managed very well with a mix of English and French.
An exceptionally kind gesture from Chef Olivier himself: he came into the dining room to greet us and the other guests.
We are thrilled and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

An evening with friends in a simple yet elegant setting, a warm welcome, and beautiful dishes with sometimes surprising flavors. Efficient service with a smiling and pleasant waitress. We were upstairs overlooking the kitchens, watching the team at work preparing our meal. We had the opportunity to chat with Chef Olivier Barbarin after dinner, who explained his vision of cuisine, emphasizing quality ingredients sourced locally. A wonderful discovery and a very enjoyable experience.

We ate at Magma for our wedding anniversary and it was a fantastic evening! Everything was so delicious, it was like a Michelin-starred restaurant – we were blown away! Plus, all the staff were incredibly kind.
We highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back!

We came to get the business lunch. We had the appetizer (salmon), main dish (pork) and desert (fig). Every dish was excellent. The presentations of the food were beautiful. At 28 euro, it was of good value as well.

An excellent experience in every respect. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant.
The cuisine stands out for its inventiveness and the perfect balance of its flavors. The five-course menu is a success from beginning to end: each dish reveals a true equilibrium, both in the seasonings and the combinations of tastes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overall experience here. The server was attentive yet gave us ample space to take our time, never rushing us. The dishes were beautifully prepared with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. The menu paired a fairly classic starter and dessert with a playfully reimagined main course. The portions were generous, and two details particularly appealed to me: the indie music playing in the background and the opportunity to watch the chef at work in the kitchen from our table. I highly recommend it.

The 7-course menu was excellent. The dishes were served quickly, there was very little wait, and they were of high quality. Special mention for the desserts! We had a wonderful evening, thank you.
