A warm and efficient welcome, sublime products, Grand Mère's terrine is out of the category as well as the range of pâtés en croute... What can we say about the chocolate fondants... I recommend without reservation... all in a neighborhood Magic ! Congratulations to the entire Saint Charles team...

Monsieur Zozaya is Mof charcuterie but we love fish dishes....😁 royal sea bream, squids..... roasted vegetables.... great cuisine. Congratulations to the whole team. in addition very warm welcome which was not necessarily true a few years ago

24/08/2024: Un peu de folie et d’arrogance pour pimenter le tout. Décoration triste, personnel éteint et plat sans surprise. Expérience expéditive, une heure pour dîner… Ambiance vraiment froide sur tous les points. La fantaisie et l’harmonie sont vraiment manquantes pour une table de femme que je me faisait un plaisir de découvrir.
26/07/2024: Very nice modern atmosphere, great food in the Decouvertes menu. Wine accompaniment ok, but not spectacular. Also not very advertised by the not overly friendly waiter. It's not very empathetic to answer in English when you speak reasonable French just because you're obviously a tourist. Overall, a successful restaurant visit

Le Surfing

02/10/2024: Unfortunately, the best thing is the store itself and the location. Service very bad and dismissive. The cappucino for 5 euros was absolutely tasteless and you didn't even get any water with it. Classic tourist restaurant unfortunately.
01/10/2024: **Le Surfing** in Biarritz is the perfect place to end the day with drinks and tapas while enjoying the sunset over the Atlantic and watching the brave surfers. The relaxed atmosphere and the view of the waves create a unique backdrop. The menu offers a great selection of fresh tapas that go perfectly with a good glass of wine, a local beer or a refreshing cocktail. We particularly liked the location right on the beach - ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or a romantic moment at sunset. An absolute highlight in Biarritz! The service is in the typical French style, rather abrupt and not very warm.
