We were very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! The food was excellent and the welcome was truly warm, with a very friendly and particularly kid-friendly team, which is a real plus for families.
The Google rating had made us hesitate a bit before going in, but in the end, we had a wonderful time and a delicious meal. That's why I'm leaving a review—something I rarely do—to share our very positive experience. A great place to eat in La Baule.

We had a wonderful time at Ipanema on Sunday, May 17th. We were there for a family birthday celebration with a baby and 11 other guests, and everything was done to ensure we were welcomed in the best possible conditions. The staff were very attentive and took excellent care of us. A big thank you to them! The food was delicious, including scallops and fish, and the service was seamless. We were even treated to a rendition of "Happy Birthday" sung by the waiters. I highly recommend this beachfront establishment, with its lovely decor and beautiful decor.

Upon arrival without a reservation, the welcome was a little cold. The food, however, was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed it.
The waiter who served us made us feel at ease, was incredibly friendly, and even made us laugh.
One of the employees took it upon himself to make a few slightly unpleasant remarks because we wanted to eat on the terrace despite the chilly March weather.
Otherwise, the food was superb, and the service was impeccable. We will gladly return.
