I find it difficult to rate ramen. There are so many criteria to consider.
So, I'm going to base my list on the Shoyu Special.
- The broth is, in my opinion, incredible.
- The pork is melt-in-your-mouth tender, but the slices are a little too thin.
- The noodles are thin, and I like that.
- Seaweed, Naruto, etc., are always a bonus.
- And the centerpiece: the egg.
The egg is perfectly cooked, runny inside and comforting outside. You just want to kiss it.
The only downside is the price. It's gone up again...
I went on a weekday evening and it was quite crowded. I ordered the Tori Shoyu Special, which was 21€ on the menu but 24€ on the bill. There was no explanation, so is that correct?
A good ramen, a little expensive for the price but it's quick and tasty. There is a formula where for 2.5 euros more you add a side, it's profitable if you are very hungry. I had a chicken ramen with an egg supplement which made 17.5. I also had a genmaicha tea (with grilled rice) I had it hot it was very good and I think the cold version is just as good
The ramen is good and filling. We also had a maicha tea which was just as good. They also offer a set menu where you can order a side dish for an additional €2.50. The interior is pleasant.
Good , but expensive....Had the porc ramen. it was 15euros. two thin Porc slices, Bouillion, noodles. not even an egg. Spicy sauce is 2 euros extra. Every Japanese bistro gives free condiments, except here. very little meat. it is all bouillon and noodles. sad
It's perfect for a date. The lady is satisfied. I'm sure I had a successful date. If so, I'll write you a thank you letter.
Thank you very much, keep it up.
Good work!
