The ramen is not very good for my taste, try others in Paris

Ippudo is a bit like McDonald's for ramen worldwide, but we must admit that they still do the job really well.

Excellent ramen restaurant. I would say that it is even underrated compared to other “big ramen names” on rue Saint Anne. The best pork broth I have ever eaten.

2nd visit to République. As much the first time, I really enjoyed it but nothing more, the second time, I enjoyed this vege ramen. Having not eaten meat for several years, finding a broth without any trace of meat is not so obvious and common. There, the broth is perfect, succulent and the mixture of vegetables changes: Vegetable broth, shiitake, porcini mushrooms and konbu, homemade noodles with paprika, eringi, beetroot, peppers, fennel, lamb's lettuce, ratatouille with mushrooms and truffle oil. With an egg, eringi mushrooms and two sheets of nori seaweed. A treat and I repeat this broth to myself. 😍😍 Well then I took the full package, it cost (€20) nothing, I have to be honest. In any case I will come back for sure. 😀

Simple and subtle at the same time. We start with quality ramen with a well-stocked broth and rich taste. The takoyakis are perfectly cooked and respect this ancestral tradition of burning the tongue despite a completely normal outside temperature! All joking aside, a good taste experience. However, we will regret the fact that my friend and I had the impression of having been pushed towards the exit even though it was only 8 p.m. and there were still plenty of places.

As a vegetarian, I highly recommend the veggie ramen. It is rare to find dishes so full of flavor.
