New to Chambly, I discovered Isioshi and I'm delighted to be able to eat very high-quality sushi served at the table.
I've now banned Parisian sushi and come back every week to enjoy it 😋

We ordered via Uber Eats and had a problem with them. A kind person from the restaurant kindly solved our problem, even though we were not obliged to do so. I highly recommend this restaurant. Being loyal customers, we have never been disappointed with the quality of the dishes, even with delivery. Thank you for your kindness.

I would like to express my feelings regarding our regular visits to your establishment. We have been loyal for several years, and we appreciate the quality of your cuisine. However, we are increasingly bothered by repeated and unpleasant remarks from a lady every time we eat as much as we want, including comments such as "we have to eat everything", "Are you going to order AGAIN?" or “you are sure you know the quantity we are going to serve”.
With a fairly critical tone and always coming from this same lady.
These comments, which recur on each visit, create an unpleasant atmosphere and give the impression that our way of eating is judged or frowned upon. We always finish what we take, without waste, and we do not understand why this persistent attitude.
We would like our loyalty and behavior to be respected, as the “at will” principle assumes. If it bothers you that customers eat as much as they want, you should stop using your name. We hope that you can take our feelings into account so that our next visits take place in a more pleasant and respectful atmosphere.
We expressed our feelings to a kind waiter.
