We entered a legendary place. It took a while to get a table, but it was worth it. Impeccable service, perfect cuisine. Absolutely nothing to say except that we will gladly return to this institution, Maxim's Restaurant. An unforgettable experience that our friends envy.

I went to Maxim's for my birthday. A location steeped in history and charm. Extremely kind staff and delicious food. A special treat: they brought me a cake with a candle. Superb!

You don’t just pay for the quality you pay for the experience and it’s 100% worth it. Will go back for the dinner as our reservation was for the bar

Food outstanding. Service from Axel, our server, exceptional. Atmosphere itself was charming however we were disappointed to see patrons in tee shirts and blue jeans despite the “strict dress code/jackets for men” requirement, which we were reminded about when we were called to confirm our reservation. Plus it is on the website. Also worth noting that a woman was breastfeeding her child while at the table. Very disappointed that management allowed all this of this.

I highly recommend it! Excellent wine list featuring wines from the Yonne region.

The interior is impressive. The food is very good, but when you compare it to the prices... well, it's not so great, especially since it doesn't have any Michelin stars. The service was quite shy, not to say incompetent, which created many awkward situations.

Good was ok. You go There for the later service and party ambiance. Beautiful place

Very very good. A bit salty but still fine. Sauces gravys very tasty but simple. Oysters a bit regular and very small. For the size could have used a few more for the price. Caviar drove it up a bit but there are other things better. Tomato soup with crab very tasty. Bread was only ok, a bit on the “sitting out too long” side, and so could have used some butter or something. Overall, good and I would go again to try different things. Live piano and decent singing.
