Amazing restaurant, everything is delicious!

The food was excellent, however, the waiter didn't know the menu at all. He had to go back and forth several times to explain things to us or tell us what was out of stock. Our dishes didn't arrive at the same time; by the time my dish arrived, my partner had already finished his two. And all the waiters were on their phones right in front of us, seemingly unsure what to do... For a fine dining establishment, we would have expected a bit more professionalism from the waiters. It's a shame because the atmosphere and the food are quite nice.

A very nice restaurant, with a beautiful location and pleasant atmosphere. The concept of a gourmet Japanese restaurant is interesting, although some details could be improved. The servers were chatting amongst themselves and looking at their phones in the dining room, which is surprising in an establishment that aims to be gourmet. The bento box appetizer was good, but perhaps a little classic and not varied enough. The main courses were very good, with quality ingredients, but the side dishes for the meat and fish were rather light, which didn't always allow you to fully appreciate the sauces. The dessert, consisting of a scoop of ice cream with raspberry whipped cream, was decent but rather simple for a restaurant claiming to be of this caliber. In short, a decent place where you can eat well, but which perhaps doesn't quite live up to the expected gourmet experience. For a 5-course menu at €69, one would expect a bit more creativity and generosity.

A true delight! We opted for the seven-course tasting menu and the three-course wine pairing. It was neither too much nor too little. It was just right. Refined, flavorful, and delicate. Everything arrived at a perfect pace, allowing our stomachs time to digest the previous course. The service was impeccable. Passionate and knowledgeable, the servers explained each course very well. We had a wonderful time in a simple yet elegant setting. Thank you!

The sushi rice wasn't great, the sashimi was chopped with an axe (apparently you had to get your money's worth), but everything else was really very good: tartare, giozas, tempuras, top!

A warm welcome and delicious food. A perfect birthday lunch in every way.

A delightful evening with equally delicious dishes. A perfect blend of Japanese and French flavors. The service was pleasant and efficient (thank you to Sydney for the friendly conversation over the food!).

The bento box at lunchtime was good quality. Well-prepared, especially the tempura and the beef, but lacking a bit of originality in the rest (the cucumber maqui was unnecessary, and the miso soup was too salty...).

Dinner for two with a somewhat lukewarm feeling. - What I liked: It was very good (at €130 per person, that's to be expected...) - What I liked less: The five-course menu... a bit predictable. The flavors were good but classic, lacking any real subtlety or surprises. The atmosphere was noisy, not the intimate setting we were hoping for in a culinary experience. In the end, a disappointing dinner, especially considering the price.
