July 2026, we went in by chance for a drink, and we've been back every day since. Great atmosphere, good prices, and a spectacular waitress, Eloise, with such professionalism and kindness. The pub is a 10/10 and she's exceptional.

We had a lovely time on the terrace watching a football match. The sound wasn't very loud, but the service was really friendly and excellent. No cutlery for the tarte flambée, which was a shame, but not a big deal 🙏

29/07/2026: The tartare was very well prepared. As for the rest of the menu…overrated. Professional service and a very nice terrace. I tried it based on social media recommendations…I expected better.
21/07/2026: The atmosphere and view were stunning as we were lucky enough to be seated right by the canal. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food however was quite disappointing- we had the ribeye steak which was pretty average and said it came with vegetables on the menu but only came with two pieces and some potatoes which is quite misleading, and then the traditional creamy chicken and veal pie- the veal was extremely tough and overcooked. I expected more flavour and better quality food for the price we paid. the green salad and pinot blanc were lovely. Overall, a nice spot but only go if your priority is atmosphere/scenery and maybe a drink or nibble.
