One of the most welcoming establishments we visited in 7 days in France! Will definitely stop in again if we come back. Great white wine too.

Very nice owner, friendly and approachable, even though it was very busy. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we got a nice table outside on the terrace. The wine was ok, we ate a little something there, a piece of winemaker's pie. Tasted good. We would stop by again for a short stop.

Very warm welcome by a man with cold hands and a warm heart. The atmosphere is excellent, good humor and humor present. Pascal and Marie know how to welcome you as at home. We enjoyed some very good Christmas beers and Munster spaetzle. No doubt we will come back if we return to Colmar one day. Kisses !

Friendly little bar, owner is so nice. Didn't try food but great wine and beer, felt like a second home, loved it.

Intimate and warm place! You will be properly welcomed by the owner who gave us a world-class tasting! (I would like to point out that we were also seduced by the honesty of this merchant who is not trying to make you pay as much as possible but only to make you have a good time)

Very nice small wine bar in the centre of Colmar. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. Try some good local wines and enjoy a cheese or charcuterie platter ;-) Highly recommended!

The cuisine was a true festival of flavors. The fresh, quality ingredients were sublime. . The service was impeccable, fast and efficient, without ever sacrificing friendliness. In addition, the atmosphere was most pleasant, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend the restaurant Le Stam to all lovers of good cuisine and moments of shared pleasure!”
