Thank you to the chef for this fireworks display of flavors and to the whole team for this very pleasant moment! Last night I rediscovered all the sublime flavors of my childhood.

We let ourselves be tempted by the surprise menu. And we tasted dishes that awakened our taste buds. Thanks to the chef.

We had the “market” surprise menu this lunchtime and the food was really excellent. The two starters in particular were fantastic. However, we weren't that impressed with the main course. The dessert was delicious, but I've had better Pavlova.

A wonderful address. I let myself be seduced by the market return menu (€65) which consists of two starters, a main course and a surprise dessert. The least we can say is that it is refined and hearty cuisine, beautiful to look at and tasty. A poem highlighted by impeccable service. The chef highlights local and seasonal products in fine and refined cuisine. The dressings are impeccable and the timing is perfect. For starters, I was treated to a poichichade and a fabulous pan-fried shrimp with herbs. Then, I was served a dish of green beans and Mediterranean tuna confit with a just-cooked egg served with green juice. As a main course, the chef offered me a pan of fresh vegetables and Camargue red rice with monkfish tail accompanied by a fish juice reduction and a homemade aioli. Finally, for dessert, a perfect homemade pavlova with whipped mascarpone, vanilla ice cream and roasted peaches. An excellent address.

La régalade! On se sent comme à la maison. Accueil et service chaleureux. Des plats travaillés et sans fausses notes. Belle carte des vins. Le tout dans une salle où on ne se sent pas à l'étroit qui fait la part belle au chic simple. Merci encore.
