An exceptional meal!!! Delicious and hearty dishes. The chef strives to please his customers. We ate at this restaurant twice, in August and September. Each time, we experienced a rare moment. The chef manages to make classic dishes (for example, the salt cod brande or the celery remoulade) exceptional.

In a city that loves blended cuisine, there remains an indomitable chef who delights everyone with dishes full of Southern flavors! Jean-Luc Rabanel eschews trends in favor of precise and very gourmet cuisine. The dishes are generous! We'll be back!

Le Greenstronome, in the pedestrian streets of Arles, is an exceptional restaurant. Without a doubt one of the best in France. We booked a table for two blindly a few days ago for this evening. Without paying attention to the chef's name or his international reputation. However, from the first taste, it struck us as odd that this restaurant wasn't in the Michelin Guide. This absence became an anomaly mid-meal, given the quality of the dishes (fish, vegetables, sauces, sorbets, herbs, etc.) and the choice of ingredients was perfect. Taste, subtlety, colors, and culinary surprises. This is an exceptional restaurant and a meal my wife and I will remember for a long time. Chef Jean-Luc Rabanel came to greet us; what a pleasure to speak with this great, great chef. I don't have enough words to describe the quality of the meal. Aromas, textures, and generous portions to fully savor each dish. Flawless. Above and beyond the Michelin-starred restaurants (one and two stars) we had also enjoyed visiting in previous days. Finally, unparalleled value for money. BRAVO!
