I had the pleasure of tasting many of M Foucher's creations during my visits to Cherbourg and I was happy to be able to offer his desserts to the guests at my wedding. It's a pastry that is excellent, whether taste or visual, and Mr. Foucher and his staff members are very friendly. The prices are fair, a visit to JFF is definitely worth it.

Second time we have had pastries during our visits to Cherbourg and no complaints. The pastries taken were all excellent, whether it was the Pavlova, the Paris Brest, the cheesecake or the Saint Honoré. I recommend ++++ and no more expensive than another pastry. Plus, it's even better when it's the pastry chef who serves us ☺️. We'll come back. Sorry for the photos but they suffered a little from the trip 😝.

Having been on vacation in the region for many years, it is inconceivable not to come to JFF, everything is delicious, from snacks to pastries without forgetting the ice creams and chocolates. The pavlova is a marvel, this year we are lucky enough to be served by the chef who offered us one of his chocolates to finish our lunch break. Proof that this chef respects his customers. See you next year .

The pastries are delicious (cheesecake, Paris Brest, chocolate eclair, cannelés and so on).
The macarons are without coloring and much better than those of duration for example.
Special mention also for the cannelés.
In short, an excellent pastry chef, with quality products at a reasonable price.

The quality is still perfect.... Unfortunately the welcome is still as unfriendly... And today, with several purchases, the hostess who herself put the boxes in a bag placed the strawberry tart on the slice of the cardboard and not flat....Not too serious (excellent dessert...).... But the presentation was poor......
