Goldsmithing on the plate with seasonal products. St Honoré is of great class from the visual to the firmness of the cabbages, everything is there to delight the taste buds. The prices are fair as is the chef's know-how. I recommend without hesitation. In the photo the rum baba.

Superb pastry, I had a very successful Saint Honoré, a good play on texture especially with the very well made caramel adding a pleasant crunch, the choux were very well made and the whipped cream very light.

The éclairs are delicious. The same goes for the kouglof, the apple turnover, both soft and crisp. The same goes for the fruit jellies and, of course, the ganaches. The systematic search for atypicality sometimes seems superfluous.

28/09/2024: De passage à Cherbourg pour le travail, j’ai dîné dans ce petit restaurant sans prétention. Le sympatique patron, qui a beaucoup voyagé en Asie, propose une carte efficace aux saveurs asiatiques. Les assiettes sont copieuses, le riz est bon et tout semble bien cuisiné. Ambiance familiale.
11/09/2024: My partner fell in love with this restaurant. The food is very good, the owner is friendly and interesting. We've been there twice in the space of 2 months, and we can't wait to go back. The menu is tempting, the plates are copious. The Melting Pot is indeed our favorite restaurant! (Remember to reserve places are limited)
