07/03/2024: Concretely, I see Loulou as a bar by default, in the sense that it is really the bar to get to know your class at the start of the year because it is next to the Catho de Lille. However, in reality, the bar is not incredible without being bad. I would say it's average, it's often crowded and it's difficult to order. The layout of the space isn't crazy either, but very good for watching a match.
