Josie Factory sur Bayonne

18/08/2026: A small tapas bar/restaurant on a little street in Bayonne. That alone is promising. Well, Izarrena lives up to that promise. Fantastic welcome, fantastic tapas. No doubt about it, a real Bayonne gem!

07/08/2026: We chose Izarrena to celebrate our daughter's birthday, and we had a wonderful evening! The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the team showed genuine kindness by discreetly adapting to everyone's needs. The tapas were absolutely delicious: high-quality ingredients, successful flavor combinations, and plates that made you want to try everything. The homemade desserts were also excellent, with a special mention for the French toast, which was simply incredible! A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and the little touches that made this birthday evening even more special. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will gladly return!
