23/10/2025: By far the best Pâtisserie I had the chance to try in Paris. The croissants are to die for, other baked goods are absolutely fantastic. If you get the chance to try the Raspberry macaron... it will actually change your life! Front staff were wonderful and welcoming, even with my horrible French. The man responsible for all these wonderful goodies is a wizard and a gentleman of the highest order! If you find yourself in the Latin Quarter while in Paris, Pâtisserie Pinaud Pascal is a must visit. Thank you all so much
