After eating hot soup for the first time in a few days, I started sweating and felt sick. I told him that I couldn't eat cilantro, but he said he didn't add it in the first place. Instead, serve fresh peppermint leaves stacked like lettuce. I didn't eat it, but my companions liked it. If you don't want to take it, you probably don't have to take it.
