A pleasant Valentine's Day meal with a pianist playing in the background. The starter and main course were very good, but I was a little disappointed by the dessert. It would have been nice to have a choice of two desserts, as with the rest of the meal.

A warm welcome despite the rainy weather.
The service was responsive and professional, always taking the time to attend to customers. The food was simple and effective, though a bit pricey. The new potatoes were either reheated or boiled… They would have been better cooked in a good salted butter with garlic and parsley; they lacked flavor.
The homemade sauces were excellent, and the seasonings were just right—not too salty, just the way we like it.

You can come here to dance in the evenings or on some Sunday afternoons. At lunchtime, the value for money is excellent, and the portions are generous. In the North of France, we'd say, "J'éto rentoqué" (I was stuffed!) 😉 when we left the table. Ch'ti brez 😊
The staff are very polite and helpful.
