04/08/2026: We LOVED it!!! The setting is magnificent and the atmosphere breathtaking! It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. There's a large patio out back for those who prefer some fresh air, but the decor inside is truly beautiful… there was a group of relaxed people playing music when we arrived. They were still there, and even more of them when we left. The beer is very good. I think the menu changes daily, with different caterers, I imagine. Tonight we had Réunion Island cuisine, so not exactly in keeping with the theme, but very good. A must-visit if you have the chance!

30/07/2026: An excellent place to have a great time. Lunch on the shaded terrace; the daily special is generous and refined, all at a very reasonable price. You feel truly at ease, with a lovely and very attentive owner.

23/07/2026: We arrived in Lorient that same day for a week's holiday. It was noon after an eight-hour drive. We were hungry. And frankly, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the service, and the delicious food. Everything was perfect. The owner even took the time to explain the unusual name of his restaurant. The portions were generous and the food was very tasty. And a special mention for the flambéed crème brûlée, which was divine.

23/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome; the manager of this restaurant is very friendly. The food was excellent; we were two people and it cost €190 for two set menus (petit fours) including an aperitif, starter, main course, and dessert, one of which included half a lobster, a whisky, a glass of red wine, and a 50cl carafe of Chardonnay.

07/07/2026: This is the second time we've ordered, with a scheduled delivery time, and each time it arrived more than 30 minutes late. And that's the minimum; as I write this review, it's already been over 40 minutes since we should have received our delivery... Very disappointed, especially since before we didn't pay for delivery, and it always arrived on time. In short, I do not recommend them.

11/08/2026: A complete disaster for us. Everything had started off so well: an online reservation for lunch in August for a table of seven, including three children. It seemed like a really good option given the large number of tourists at the Lorient airbase, with an air-conditioned dining room, a warm welcome, and an enticing menu. But there must have been some organizational or kitchen issue; we still hadn't received our food after a 1 hour and 15 minute wait—a real struggle for the children. It was incomprehensible. After following up, we were told there was a software problem in the kitchen, but the staff should have noticed the glitch when our plates weren't served. It's a real shame because the food was actually quite good. It's hard to have a positive impression of the meal, even though we were offered a bottle of rosé as compensation.
